fix: use @theme inline for runtime CSS variable overrides
Tailwind 4's @theme block was resolving var() references at build time and baking in the default teal color, preventing org_config branding from taking effect. Switch to @theme inline which keeps values as live CSS custom properties, allowing per-tenant runtime overrides. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
